1. QPulse
1.1. Amend review and submit SOP's Specifications for approval as per the change request raised in the QPulse. Update Activate SOP's Specifications in the Qpulse after approval. Follow up for approvals with higher authorities if required.
1.2. Maintain controlling documented manuals such as Standard Operation Procedures SOP Specifications and Divisional Quality Manuals.
1.3. Secure relevant computer data including electronic documents mail and initiate secure storage of all relevant documents etc.
1.4. Maintain comprehensive records of uncontrolled copies revised SOP SASO index specification forms methodically. Maintain a good filing system for all manuals superseded and any other related documents.
1.5. Respond to telephone or email queries with respect to Qpulse and documentations within internal or external operations.
2. RDNCN
2.1. Receiving of RDNCN data and entering it in the database and transferring it to the concerned department for Root Cause and Corrective action.
2.2. Sending weekly pending RDNCN summary to Security Managers and final approval to Divisional QA Manager.
3. Miscellaneous Activities
3.1. Coordinating and making arrangements for Monthly Meetings.
3.2. Design and maintain operations Quality division intranet.
4. Reports and Presentations
4.1. Preparing weekly QA report monthly RDNCN summary to depot and Poultry Executives presentation. Skills 1.Able to work multicultural Environment
