As the Director of Program Management Office you will be responsible to direct and lead the strategic intent of the global growth projects provide an independent assessment of progress drive effective coordination through an informed knowledgeable grasp of issues at project program and strategic levels facilitate flexibility in resource assignments through prompt and effective communication of shifts in strategic priorities and securing buy in at all levels of management. This role will be accountable for providing GGP with program management expertise to ensure
the successful delivery of large andor complex and high profile projects. The scope of the PMO extends to proving support and advice to other internal project managers and projects execution managers undertaking business analysis and problem solving facilitating and
negotiating with internal and external parties. In addition to understanding and highlighting interdependencies between various programs and projects. You will create corporate knowledge information in context relevant and actionable at appropriate levels of management and applies these to the management of a portfolio of strategic projects. You will need to identify selects and prioritizes all dependencies and interdependencies for all the various programsprojects from business integration to operational qualification.
Who we39re looking for
You will have at least a Bachelors Degree with a MSc desired in Industrial Engineering Business Administration or any related field combined with relevant experiences and relevant qualifications in Project Management.You will have a long track record of success project management and business support experience in various positions of mega chemical mining projects. You will have significant management experience with a requirement for time in management of engineering or operations.
