BUYER - FNSS Middle East Co. Ltd

• To purchase parts and materials for the Vehicles and / or Facilities

• Receives and reviews part and material requisitions.

• Analyzes market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability

• Performs local vendor research and develops vendor relationships

• Performs foreign vendor research for parts that can not be provided locally

• Interviews vendors to obtain information concerning product, price, ability of vendor to produce the product and delivery date

• Reviews and controls the price analysis and quotation comparisons.

• Prepares vendor reports when necessary

• Prepares purchase orders

• Provides vendors with necessary specifications and technical documentation

• Coordinates with Production, Maintenance, Materials and Quality Control departments

• Discuss defects of purchased parts with Quality Control department to determine source of trouble, and takes corrective action

• Coordinates and follows all local and foreign shipping operations.

• Performs vendor file audits, and other related duties as required

• Performs other financial analysis as required

• May work under close supervision
