• Translate documents and other materials from one language to another following established rules pertaining to factors such as word meanings sentence structure grammar and punctuation with great accuracy and appropriate speed


• Issue reports


• Use the Internet as a research source at every stage of translation process


• Keep in touch with the authorsender of the document in order to resolve issues related to the translation with the purpose to produce documents of high quality


• Sometimes provide consecutive translation of spoken language


• From time to time serve as an interpreter at seminars speeches meetings teleconferences providing consecutive or simultaneous translation between languages


• Perform miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned e.g. editing proofreading etc


• Inform the manager about the progress of the work and any related problems arising in the course of translation
  
  Qualifications
  

  
  
  • Higher linguistic education
  
  
  • 12 years directly related experience
  
  
  • Thorough knowledge and excellent fluency in English and Arabic
  
  
  • Very good writing and grammatical skills
  
  
  • Attention to detail while working fast to meet deadlines
