The key responsibilities of the role include:
1. To provide administrative support to the team
2. Responsible for receiving guests and visitors and ensuring the best possible first image of the company
3. Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
54Maintain and update the company databases including telephone extensions and number lists
5. Responsible for answering and where applicable, diverting all incoming and outgoing calls from the reception desk
6. Ability to handle day to day cash transactions
7. Other duties assigned by the Branch Manager
