We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team here at PHRC due a growth in the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing the executive search process and generating & establishing relationships with new clients.
This is an all-rounded role that includes clients’ acquisition, on-going business development, candidate attraction and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
• Pro-actively generating leads and establishing a solid network across Qatar.
• Calling, arranging and attending meetings with prospective clients.
• Negotiating contracts and closing agreements with clients.
• Managing the entire recruitment process and prioritizing workload.
• Qualifying client requisitions by interacting with the client.
• Implementing a diverse range of talent acquisition and candidate attraction strategies catering to the client requirements, these include direct headhunting & executive search, job advertising and database scanning .
• Building a strong candidate network and managing relationships.
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates.
• Keeping record of all activities using the company’s internal software.
