SOCL seeks an Administrative Assistant to work directly with a Department or a Division Head. He will be assigned to handle all the clerical and administrative duties including correspondences, records and filing, telephone calls and reception duties, analyzing and summarizing data statistics, and other related duties as required. Effective performance requires a thorough understanding of Company clerical procedures and policies, as well as an understanding of the operations, procedures and policies of the functional area. The work is often of a confidential nature and requires discretion in its handling.
Minimum Requirements:
•Diploma or Associate Degree with minimum of two years experience in clerical and administrative disciplines.
•Good command of English skills, written and spoken.
•Computer literate able to use Microsoft Office applications: (Word, Power Point Excel), familiar with document management and archiving of electronic files.
