Job descriptionOverall Purpose of the Role Reporting directly to the Service Manager you are expected to provide aftersales service support for PWS division assigned products and services including but not limited to maintenance services diagnostics commissioning startup and project execution. this job will include 80 of the time traveling in the region . Roles and Responsibilities Perform and lead routine system maintenance tasks in accordance with customer requirements Perform and lead system startup and commissioning services as required Provide recommendations to the customer on system availability enhancements and perform system health checks. Perform and lead migration projects and take ownership for customer coordination. Complete timesheets site visit reports and all other documentation in line with Emerson Process Management internal procedures. Provide guidance and support to systems engineers. To support the oncall contracts as well part of on call schedule. Ensure adherence to local and international Emerson trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices. Assist in the communication of ISO quality guidelines and the implementation of quality procedures. Fulfill any other reasonable services related duties as required.
