Sales Supervisor - Madi International

• Execute business plans of sales strategy for the market; to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

• Responsible on managing the outdoor sales representatives’ targets and achievements in addition to maintain the team and grow their capabilities

• Fully responsible on achieving the sales versus targets, and assumes full responsibility for achieving total targets by brand, on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

• Enhance the Staff Sales Skills and product knowledge and above all ensure that the sales team personnel are maintained.

• Provide market intelligence and research reports about competitor’s sales and marketing activities to the management.

• Maintain contact with clients in the market to ensure client satisfaction and increase sales.

• Submit annual budget, marketing plans and sales reports of own division to the management.

• Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new potential doors.

• Handling customer complaints and requests related to the Makeup department.

• Build effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and provide insight for the improvement of daily sales and activity performance.
