One of the Kingdom’s most respected and fastest growing 3PL’s is now searching for a dedicated and experienced Operations Director to spearhead their regional operations set up.
This role will be in the most senior person within the Operations Division and will be responsible for helping guide this billion dollar business towards its ambitious growth targets over the next few years.
This is an opportunity for an experience individual to join one of the fasted growing and exciting companies currently operating within Saudi.
This position is looking for someone who is not only able to have a strategic outlook on things but also be prepared to roll up their sleeves when necessary.

•Operation PL in full.
•Balance Scorecard in full.
•4PL Process Optimization
oBusiness Transformation Drive Productivity initiative across all warehouses identify productivity opportunities through synergies which will help driving efficiencies enhancing productivity and leveraging Scale.
oProcess Optimization Constantly review leansize and optimize all processes by working with the operation team to establish higher efficiencies.
oOperation Development Projects Lead the implementation of all Development Projects that will optimize operations and possibly automates the whole processes.
oBest Practice amp Standardization Standardize Operation best practices among divisions and proactively review introduce International Best Practices from around the globe that will always place us ahead of competition.
In order to be successful in this role you must posses the following
Bachelors Degree in a related subject
10 15 years hands on experience managing a large scale warehousing operation at a distributor level.
Expereince managing a 3PL either directly or indirectly.
You must come from either a global 3PL business or a multinational FMCG business.
A strong level of strategic thinking
Fluent Arabic is essential for this role.
