• Attending Qatar Ministries and Government Authorities covering client matters.
• Assist the company clients with establishment of their company, obtain commercial registrations, complete membership of QCC, Municipality license and other government and ministries legislations.
• Managing all the personnel tasks (RP issuance, renewal, renewal, & Visa issuance, renewal and cancellation)
• Drafting correspondences responding to client inquiries.
• Prepare weekly & monthly reporting to the Administration Manager
• Full awareness of the Qatari Local trends, law and culture.
• Translation of documents from Arabic to English and vice verse.
• Dealing with all sorts of immigration papers and documents.
• Compiling and preparing the application files.
• Responsible for all labour procedures, visa and emigration processing.
• Good knowledge of Qatar labour low.
• Processing of Ministry of Chamber of Commerce
• Processing of Ministry of Labour all attestation
• Handle companies registration and jobs related with government.
• Handling searching follow up dept. CID.
• All Immigration & Labour Dept application forms Arabic typing.
• Processing of new employees Medical, Finger Print, Exit Permit &
• Processing all E Government from online.
• Issuing New Employment, Business and Tourist Visa From Immigration.
• Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
