Job Purpose
Sets appropriately defined KPIs and performance targets in conjunction with managers to enable the measurement of performance against plan.
Accountabilities
•Helps in implementing a performance management and improvement process that leads to a positive and measurable impact and ensures optimal use of resources.
•Ensures that performance targets are defined in accordance with the strategic plan to identify any emerging issuesgaps and develop mitigation measures.
•Ensures formulation and data collection requirements for measuring targets are well defined and correctly embedded into the overall business performance management system . Balanced Scorecard ERP system to efficiently automate data collection and management reporting functions.
•Collaborates on the design of the ICT infrastructure required to support companywide performance improvement system.
•Coordinates performance management and quality reporting improvement capacity building for all levels of management and employees.
Skills
Qualifications Experience Skills
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with background in finance.
•3 year’s experience in the steel industry including operations planning activities.
•Performance management and quality improvement experience.
•Excellent technical knowledge of steel industry.
•Understanding of key financial concepts and familiarity with IT reporting tools.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Strong command of English Language both oral and written.
•Microsoft Office SAP user.
