HR Executive Jotun MEIA Graduate Program Jeddah


Jotun is growing fast all over the MEIA region Middle East India and Africa and to continue our ambition of further growth and development we need talented young employees to drive us forward.

The Jotun MEIA graduate program is one important tool in meeting this challenge as it offers the graduates a rich and fulfilling experience along with extensive training. Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talent for a one year graduate program that will be integrated into a full time permanent position. We will give this opportunity to highly qualified candidates that we believe can make a difference to the future development of Jotun.

The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take the graduates through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. Selected candidates will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside their home location within the MEIA region. Jotun Paints Saudi Arabia is celebrating 28 years in Saudi Arabia. Jotun Saudi has two production facilities in Jeddah and Yanbu and 5 sales offices and warehouses around the kingdom and plays a very important role in Jotun’s activities globally and within the Middle East. As a part of the Jotun MEIA graduate program we are looking for an HR Executive based in Jeddah and reporting to the HR Manager.



Responsibility

■Support recruitment in line with Jotun’s recruitment policies and procedures coordinating and cooperating with all departments to ensure that the recruitment needs of department functions are met as per business needs.

■Assist in development and implementation of company’s HR Polices in accordance with local labour laws.

■Ensure that all job descriptions are kept up to date as per Jotun’s standard practices and assist the line managers to create new job descriptions as and when necessary.

■Administer the Human Resources Management System HRMS and make sure that the data quality is maintained at all times.

■Establish solid links between the HR department and other functions inside and outside the organisation to ensure the continuity and smooth running of daily operations and employees’ satisfaction.

Qualifications

■Saudi nationals only Saudization program

■Academic degree Bachelor and or Master’s degree

■13 years of relevant experience in HR

■Personal skills such as initiative independence ability to build networks excellent communication and analytical skills as well as leadership potential.

■Good command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages

■Active supporter of Jotun values.
