A BRAND STRATEGY
•Support in developing an identity vision strategic direction and policy for brand management this is to enable the bank to achieve the required tom and image build up with all related customer segments.
•Support in developing the right brand strategies advertising material and promotional campaigns bases on understanding customer needs
B BRAND PLANS
•Develop and recommend brand operational budgets and thus plans corresponding to the overall marketing strategy and processes
•Monitor and control approved budgets achieving maximum efficiency levels for all delivered initiatives
C MARKET RESEARCH
•Initiate required market research for a better understanding of customer base and competitive environment
•Review and analyze research results trends leading to sound and focused recommendations for both business health growth
•Identifying market gaps and recommending solutions products promotions communication platforms…etc to fill in these gaps
D Leadership
Rely on standards of leadership to create a customermarket need driven team culture
Apply initiative and follow through techniques to insure projects delivery and strong crossfunctional relationships with all business teams
High level of involvement with all business teams leading to strong understanding of business trends reporting and potential
E Marketing Support
Work as an effective member of the marketing team to insure streamlining processes
Provide team support to develop brand unique selling propositions and spoton target communication
F Brand Management Standards
Ensure that brand management is executed inline with international standards so that decisions are made based on sound brand methodology
