Recruitment Specialist

Recruitment Specialist responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new creative recruiting ideas.







Responsibility







§ Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job Opportunities.



§ Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.



§ Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall and also for multinationals.



§ Active use of recruitment tools Websites – hire systems ….



§ Work closely with assigned business’ HRMs to deliver recruitment needs



§ Suggest proper Medias for approaching the right caliber candidates.



§ Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels.



§ Proactive coordination with departments for interviews



§ Support HRMs with weekly update on recruitment progress



§ Report weekly Monthly and when required to recruitment staffing regional management for progress update and further instructions



§ Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future

Qualifications







§ Personalizing culture helping employees find meaning in their work managing worklife balance encouraging innovation.



§ Handling of results and confidential information decision on the types of files for registration and occasional writing of reports on performance.



§ Fluent in Arabic and English



§ Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.



§ Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.



§ establishing priorities and meeting deadlines



§ Ability to gather data compile information and prepare reports
