Recruiter


On behalf of our client a leading telecommunications company we are seeking a Recruiter for their head office Riyadh Reporting to the Corporate Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for the following



•Creating job descriptions

•Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.

•Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

•Conduct regular followup with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

•Develop a pool of qualified candidates

•Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

•Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

•Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting

•Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment

•Identify and build relationship with strategic recruitment sources

•Ensure standardisation of all processes and formats including interview evaluation forms appointment letters etc.


المهارات


Ideal applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.



•At least 5 years’ experience in a recruitment function in a high growth progressive environment.

•Experience in recruitment senior levels . managers and above.

•Awareness of market and business trends and their impact on recruitment.

•Knowledge of selection tools ranging from ability testing to psychometric analysis.

•Good negotiation skills.

•Proficiency in English.

•Good proficiency in MS office Oracle and SAP

•Interviewing skills.

•Teamwork amp collaboration.

•Commitment to excellence.

•Result orientated.
