We are currently working along side a client of ours based in Saudi Arabia. They have an opportunity for an Operations and Maintenance Director to work on a large Biomass power plant project that has recently been announced.
Duties Responsibilities
Responsibilities Fully responsible for the control of the overall system activities of Operation Maintenance department.
•Manage through subordinate managers and supervisors overall operations of the department and directs and leads a staff involved in a variety of diverse support.
•Implements the Company Services strategy in Operation Maintenance and ensures the strategy is functional.
•Ensures the business and financial objectives are achieved.
•Participates in strategy development in partnership with management team.
•Selection recruiting and development of personnel.
•Oversees the execution of high quality services.
•Monitors quality metrics identifies opportunities for improvement in local execution and oversees improvement activities.
•Ensures with the project management department the execution of projects according to agreed targets in terms of schedule quality financial results and customer satisfaction.
•Builds and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
•Ensures human resources are properly allocated and that the area of responsibility is properly organized staffed skilled and directed.
•Lead motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates.
Key Competencies

Experience 10 15 years in a management Position with at least 7 years as Manager of Operation and Maintenance Department.
