Reporting to the Regional Manager COO.
Having responsibility to achieve installation goals particular to location as assigned.
Arrange execution plans on quarterly basis linked up with site conditions.
Arrange manpower schedule program as per available resources.
Supervise in hiring recruiting and training needs for installation staffs.
Schedule and perform with top profile VIP accounts everyday.
Review performance and respond to escalated and resolving problems.
Facilitate support new business strategies and opportunities.
Provide everyday leadership to all employees within office.
Comply with management communications and reporting as requested.
Execute supervisory responsibility complying with organization's policy as well as applicable laws to below installation team.
Ensure to select and qualify installation vendors.
Able to conduct site meetings with Project Management.

Minimum 10 years field experience related to installation works in an elevator industry.
At least 4 5 years managerial working experiences.

Knowledge of computer skills.
Capability draw amp handle road map of execution works.
Knowledge amp field experience erection of mechanical amp electrical works.
Knowledge of Quality assurance amp controls.
