This role will be responsible for providing Onsite and Remote technical support to our client's customers of the Security Analytics Product line. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with market leading products in a great organisation.Ideal candidates for this position will have strong technical and client facing experience. You will be able to use advanced debugging techniques and have experience of SIEM and IDS. We are looking for a highly analytical person with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to meet client needs. Strong knowledge of Linux windows systems and web application experience is also beneficial.This role will be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and candidates must be Saudi nationals or have a valid work visa.
