Our multinational client is seeking a dynamic Director of Human Resources to be based in Riyadh
Reporting to the Managing Director you will provide vision leadership general management and operational oversight for all HR activities
•Contribute to strategic planning and decision making.
•Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive departmental annual business plan and budgets
•Oversee the implementation of practices necessary to establish a positive employeremployee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale
•Work with top management to set longterm goals and strategies. Direct the process of organisational planning that structure job design and manpower forecasting throughout the company
•Participate in the establishment standard recruiting and placement practices and procedures
•Oversee the implementation of manpower planning and recruitment activities and Saudisation.
•Oversee the implementation of all Saudisation plans
•Provide clear direction prioritize tasks assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of the Administration and HR Departments
•Plan manage and review individual performance and provide regular feedback developing opportunities and coaching taking prompt action where necessary
•Ensure Human Resource Departments comply with Organisation policies and processes practices and systems and maintain Organisation high standard of work and work ethic
Skills
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in HR or Business Administration with 1015 years’ experience in Human Resource with the past 5 years in a Director role. Knowledge of local Saudi labour laws regulations
Knowledge of employment contracts performance management frameworks manpower planning Strategy Focused Business Financial Acumen and Result Driven
Excellent Leadership Communication Presentation Skills
Experience in HRIS
