Commercial amp Marketing Manager

The Commercial Marketing Manager will be an integral part of the local sales team in developing high quality programs for brand strategy profitability and will bring high value to keystrategic customers.

A person will also collaborate closely with Brand Marketing to ensure proper execution of the Marketing Strategies.

Relationship Management bridging the relationship between Sales and Marketing.

•Ability to influence key stakeholders in local markets including key accounts

•Distributor engagement where appropriate

oTrouble shooting customization of programs etc.

project Management

Develop customizedaugmented promotions and incentives to strengthen program offering to retailers and consumers at the local level.

•Execute and communicate national program objectives to local markets and manage channel plans with sales.

•Assist in the development of annual sales plan and commercial calendars.

•Participate in development of the biannual sales plan and marketing event “road show”.

•Responsible for program evaluations on key priority brandsprograms

Administrative Management

Analyzes market data channel insights market insights and program performance presents findings to Marketing and Sales to influence future programming development of brand plans channel strategies and “below the line” marketing programs.

•Leads innovation driven program strategy and communication between marketing and local sales team.

•Responsible for managing local markets’ commercial marketing budgets.

•Management of the execution of nationallocal trackers
