Centre Manager


To lead motivate and inspire the Centre team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive performance achievingexceeding all set targets. Building strong external partnerships with Hafiz HRDF ensuring full compliance and quality delivery of programme





Drive the company culture to ensure that the team effort remains focused on supporting the jobseekers enabling them to achieve their goals.



Lead by example build rapport to motivate and inspire your team to deliver company targets.

Develop a results focused recruitment environment with daily and weekly achievement recognition ensuring a quality customer journey every time Be proactive in the ‘Business Development’ of the Centre and network effectively with peer groups local agencies charities and employers to identify gaps in the market and any potential barriers.

Be accountable for the overall budgeted profit and loss for the Centre.



Cultivate a close relationship with HRDF Work closely with the Employer Engagement Executives and Employer Engagement Manager to ensure one team ethos.

Actively drive team development implementing effective strategies for improving performance including scheduled Learning and Development solutions and individual PDP’s including staff observations probationary reviews and appraisals.



Ensure accurate completion of all Company specific paperwork processes and reports to ensure financial requirements are met and Company audits results achieved.

Actively drive personal development as set out in personal development plan undertaking any personal training identified.



Ensure at all times you adhere to the company and government standards for quality equality data protection and health amp safety

A proven track record of leadership and management experience in a services industry preferably a commercial operating environment with PampL responsibility.



Qualification in business management or similar with an entrepreneurial approach Graduate of King Abdullah Scholarship programme.



Must be fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills Able to network professionally to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams with confidence.



Must be proficient in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook email also MI reporting systems and procedures with an attention to detail



Desirable Skills



Knowledge of the current Job Market and policies that are addressing them . impact of Nitaqat program.



Understanding and experience of Human Resource planning High level of creative skills and excellent problem solving abilities
