The successful candidate for this role shall manage the Virgin Prepaid segment end to end with full accountability about the main KPIs -- Market Share & Value Share for Virgin Prepaid, Hybrid and Data products among others. He shall ensure the value and profitability across different Virgin Prepaid, Hybrid and Data product lines. Reporting to the Marketing Director, major accountabilities of the Head of Virgin Prepaid include developing and designing different acquisition, retention, loyalty and revenues offers, promotions, products and services for the segment. The ideal person for this role is a marketing expert with more than 10 years experience, 5 of which in the telecom sector, has a proven track record of achievements in telecom marketing and solid background in Prepaid accounts or product lines.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and design different acquisition and retention strategies, loyalty and revenues offers, promotions, products and services for Virgin Prepaid, Hybrid and Data product.
• Responsible for channel management and channel development activities and plans for the segment.
• In-charge of customer experience across different touch points for the Virgin Prepaid product lines.
• Build, design and execute the full CVM campaign life cycle.
• Ensures value and profitability across the different products of the segment.
• Conducts appropriate techniques and strategies to understand customer behavior from different dimensions doing different in- depth analysis and the needs of the prospects with factors affecting the purchasing decision.
• Responsible for fully understanding the churn mechanism and churn reasons for the segment.
• Develop different marketing cross-functional processes that impact loyalty and retention for Prepaid segment customers.
• Responsible for the designing and the implementation of different types of base segmentation: Value Based Segmentation, Cohorts Analysis, Micro Segmentation among others.
• Regularly provides updates and reports to the Marketing Director regarding acquisition, churn, revenues and loyalty promotions, offers, products and services.
• Stay up to date on all competition’s offers, promotions and products in KSA market.
