This is for a Mixed Development and will be focusing on the Infrastructure Sector. With this new project they are looking to put together a management the most urgent vacancy is for a Risk Manager and they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Ensure that the risk amp opportunity management is performed in accordance with the contractor standards and industry best practises to develop and implement a company risk amp opportunity management process to develop risk and opportunity plans at a project level and ensure that project members know the risk amp opportunity management plan keep the plan aligned with the current phase of the project ensure that the project risk amp opportunity management plan is implemented to manage risks and opportunities which could affect the project approve risk owners approve risk mitigation and opportunity enhancement plans and agree the necessary resources for their implementation with the project manager.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Previous experience in preparing implementing monitoring and controlling risk management plan
2. Understanding the different types of contracts and its associated risks
3. Understanding the schedule management plan
4. Understanding the construction associated risks
5. Fair knowledge of Contract Administration
6. Engineering or Quantity Surveying background
