Job Description
This is a great opportunity to join the Construction Week Qatar Awards Winner of Consultant of the Year 2013 on a hospital project centrally located within Doha. As the Project Manager on site you shall be responsible for the overall coordination of the entire project’s site supervision contractual and technical team. Along with previous experience managing large projects within the GCC for an internationally renowned company preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following Minimum 15 years’ in the project management of large projects with high focus in contract administration and site supervision. Experience in the construction of Healthcare facilities in designsupervision is essential. Ability to coordinate and monitor all disciplines of work related to the project. This includes both management of the site supervision team as well as the contractors subcontractors and other specialists. Skilled in the management and control of contractors and subcontractors in conformance with contract documents drawings and specifications. This includes a working knowledge with local and international specifications that may relate to the project. Monitoring the progress of Works and carry to updating planning and preparing progress reports as required. Qualifications A degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from an accredited University with internationally recognized professional credential in Project Management.
