Key skills Brocade SAN switching Hitachi NAS storage provisioning zoning firmware upgrades ISLs Trunking Patching Netback up Troubleshooting VMware Virtualisation skills on X86 VMware Hitachi VSP HDT HDP LUN provisioning performance analysis CCI.
The core responsibility of this role will be the building and development of sustainable and repeatable processes to ensure the resilience and availability of the installations ensuring that any process being developed adheres to agreed standards of other departments including virtualization lead etc. The successful candidate will have to liaise effectively with the helpdesk and the technical second third level support teams.
The successful candidate will be technically proficient though must also be comfortable and show experience of management and mentoring a small cosourced team. I.e. OnSite and Offshore
