Review tender documents & RFP in conjunction with other Deptts prior to floating tender
Review and prepare simplecontracts, work orders, Letter of Nomination etc for the award of various work packages
Liaise with other deptts to obtain all necessary documentation for preparing of the contract, work orders etc
Assist Contracts Manager to negotiate contractual terms and conditions during tender interview when required.
Good understanding of the procurement process
Good understanding of preparation of contracts/ agreements in general
