To perform all the secretarial needs for the accounting department under the direct supervision of the Director of Finance and as a secondary priority under the Asst. Director of Finance. Also helping the accounting employees with prior authorization from DOF and ADOF.
Responsibilities
Balanced Scorecard Results: Supports strategies and conducts activities to drive financial results, guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction and market share.
Main Responsibilities
· Responsible for correspondence, filing and written work.
· Keeping inventory of office supplies
· Cashier witness duty when requested.
· Month inventory witness sheet.
· Taking care of office equipment including supply and maintenance.
· General typing requirements.
· Postage and records for postage of other departments and preparation of a monthly statement per department.
· Keep all information confidential and in order.
· Maintain a trace file.
· Route all incoming and outgoing mail.
· Perform other duties as directed by the account supervisor.
· Participate in the quality improvement process.
· Maintain a close relationship with other department heads.
· Keep in close contact with the personnel department
