Core Purpose of Job
To assist the Marketing Manager in the management of assigned product group within the context of the company’s overall goals and objectives specifically in the area of market analysis and strategic planning medical marketing plan development Communications internally externally on all issues affecting his portfolio.
Areas of Responsibility AOR
1.Undertake ongoing market analysis.
2.Support developing the annual medical Marketing Plan implementing monitoring it.
3.Manage and lead product knowledge training across the organization.
4.Liaise with agencies in the development of medical marketing programs.
5.Coordinate the medical research and clinical trials proposalsmethodology with the related bodies within the overall company clinical research strategy.
6.Prepare advertising research briefs.
7.Support the market share gain of the assigned brand.
8.Prepare and organize the promotional calendar.
9.Maintain strong relation with key medical opinion leraders and customers to create positive impact on business objectives.
Skills
Essential Qualifications
•Qualifications – Pharmacy graduate. Medical or pharmacy background is a must Business related degree would be a plus.
•Arabic fluency preferred English essential.
•Driving License
•Age 30 years
Desirable
•Arabic language skills.
•Previous work experience in the Middle East.
Experience
Essential
5 years proven experience in medical marketing and brand management experience in a professional FMCG company with evidence of well developed marketing skills and proven track record of delivering results in a competitive environment. Experience of multimarkets an advantage but not essential.
Desirable responsibilities Generic Description
23 years brand management experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company with evidence of well developed marketing skills and proven track record of delivering results in a competitive environment.
Education
Pharmacy graduate.
