We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to plans and directs the sales activities in his area achieves or exceeds sales targets appraises area sales results and recommends corrective measures to the respective Manager.



The key accountability of this position are



MANAGEMENT OF DISTRIBUTION NETWORK CONTROL

Maintain enhance the distribution network in order to maximize the route efficiency and sales. Also and identify new business opportunities in order to grow horizontally and vertically.



SALES GROWTH

Expand his business by increasing customer base and availability of all SKU for achieving business objective.



MARKETING

Support marketing initiatives in implementation of their promotional plans to maximize the salesbrand image.



BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MARKET INTELLIGENCE

Update his knowledge and identify potential sales opportunities to maintainincrease the market share by constantly monitoring and assessing competitors’ activities.



COLLECTIONS

Assist the management by closely monitoring sales collection in order to avoid financial loss.


Skills


QUALIFICATIONS

A graduate in Commerce Science Economics or Management



EXPERIENCE

4 years in FMCG sales of which 1 year as a sales supervisor



SKILLS AND SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

Proficient in Computer software such as MS Office and Oracle Sales Analyzer.

Team player innovative and result oriented

Good interpersonal skills motivator.

Good product knowledge knowledge of the market.
