Supports the HR Manager through supervision and directly assisting the HR Organization in work processes to ensure timely delivery of SABCO employees’ HR related matters.
Responsible for tracking reporting and managing the timely delivery for all employee HR service requests travel authorizations visa requests etc.
Supervisory responsibility for government relations activities as well as directly representing Bechtel in activities with the labor office interactions with government agencies such as MOFA MOI SAGIA etc.
Assists in ensuring SABCO Jubail is compliant with all requirements of KSA especially as specified in Saudi Labor Law.
Develops and maintains relationships with counterparts in other Bechtel projects and locations.
Responsible for investigating complaints making recommendations for resolution and document and filing for Employee Relations issues as they impact Saudi National staff.
Must be willing to relocatelive in Jubail area.

BABS in Human Resources Management Industrial Psychology Business or related discipline.
At least 510 years of directly related HR experience.
Minimum four years experience in an HR supervisory capacity in an organization of at least 100 employees preferably a multinational company. Ability to provide leadership to individuals and team situations.
Experience with staffing amp recruitment procedures Saudi Labor Law Government Relations Employee Relations Compensation and HR operations.
Good organizational and task management skills.
Demonstrate ability to evaluate and implement process improvement initiatives . using tools such as Six Sigma.
Must be able to communicate effectively and fully in both written and spoken English and in Arabic.
