My client, one of the leading banks in Doha, Qatar is looking to hire a Training Manager to be a part of their team.
Job Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Title: Training Manager
Urgency: High
Job Purpose:
Develops Training & Career Development Manual of Policies & Procedures for day-to-day running of the Department and oversees the department's functioning in the absence of Head of Training.
Designs long-term and short-term training programs for Qatari national trainees to enhance their banking skills.
Organizes and coordinates training courses in all areas of banking through internal and external facilities in consultation with Head of Training.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in Training
Currently located in the United Arab Emirates
Current or previous working experience in the banking sector
