The successful candidate shall be responsible for represent the company officially in all activities, as required by the Management. Will be responsible for overall business of Trading & distribution division. To finalize the company's yearly Forecasted Budget. Will be responsible for the company’s procedures & Improvement scheme for all departments. Assists the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop department’s strategy and growth plans. Follow-up and Implementation of the department’s Strategic plan in line with the company’s internal capabilities. Manage the company’s activities as directed by the Management. To finalizing contracts, as required. Recommend the recruitment of staff members (Usually in Sales and marketing department Lubes/Tire/Batteries) Recommend ' Annual Performance Evaluation and appraisal for annual salary increments and benefits, as per company policy. Follow-up of the overall company’s commitments to meet customers’ requirement. To propose the sale or the transfer of company’s assets, as necessary. Facilitate the Quality Management Rep. in conducting the Internal Quality Audits in the company as per approved quality audit plans.
