- Receives and study the drawings, contracts and project BOQ. .
- Survey quantities through shop drawings and site work.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including BOQ.
- Prepare estimates and costs of the work.
- Undertake costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
- Minimize the costs of a project and enhance value of money, while still achieving the required standard and quality.
- Prepare and analyze costing for tenders.
- Perform risk and value management and cost control.
- Calculates the quantities from drawings and submit to all concerned departments.
