At TLC the core objective of a Brand Implementation Sales Executive is to generate awareness of the Company's services and capabilities, make meaningful introductions and connections with key individuals and brand decision makers at medium/ large companies through periodic direct contact and the channeling of relevant, valuable content. All of this will result in Minimum individual sales of no less then 5M QR in the 1st year.
We offer consulting and delivery services including Way finding, Brand consultation, design, solution finding, planning, prototype, procurement, modular signage systems, custom signage, glass and wall brand manifestations (Brand messages and environmental graphics) ADA/DDA complaint accessibility signage, acoustical wall solutions and a huge variety or brand environment solutions to offices, Corporate HQ, Ed/Med, government, sports stadiums, retail, shopping centers, museums and many other Brand Environments.
The nature of our brand work is strategic and tactical, meaning that the demand is usually linked to a specific business need or trigger event such as a new build, refurbishment, refit, acquisition, or need to articulate the brand proposition in a clearer and more distinct way.
We are looking for a team member to immediately support The Look Company’s aggressive growth objectives over the next 5 years. A Sales Executive position at a professional services company is a specialized position. You will be one of only a handful of people performing the task, part of a sales and marketing engine room following and developing a clear strategy in the region. This represents an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate to join a professional Branding Implementation team and to work alongside highly capable professionals.
You will work closely with your fellow team members in the sales and marketing team, project managers, technical support and senior leaders in the organization, reporting directly into TLC Divisional Director. The role is primarily on the road and will require extensive car journeys in and around the busy city with other possible travel requirements within the region.
1. Awareness generation-your primarily responsibility is to identify a potential prospect to create awareness of The Look Company offer. Your goal is to get them to agree to an initial conversation to provide an introduction and learn about our capabilities and product range. At this stage, you will probe for any specific problem or need areas, although there may not be anything specific need in mind.
2. Opportunity Identification-a specific need has been identified related to a brand product or product challenge. At this stage we will assess the needs and propose an initial process outline best suited to answer the project question. This phase may also be characterized by an in-person presentation followed by a briefing or RFP (Request for Proposal) document.
3. Presentation-we will present our solution, understanding of the client's needs and demonstrate the quality of our thinking through the illustration of previous work and new original thinking.
Once we are engaged on an opportunity where there is a confirmed need, there are a number of attributes that determine the chances that we will be successful in converting the opportunity.
