The Part Advisor, is responsible for dealings with
customers and ensures delivery of parts that matches customer ’s
needs aligned with high rate of customer satisfaction in addition to
achieving parts sales target.
Responsibilities:
-He promotes and advises for accessories
-He welcomes and deals with the customers as per the
standards understands and listens carefully to their
requests.
-With the help of EPC, he should locate the requested part
quickly.
-He should keep himself informed about technical matters,
supersessions and provides the customers with the correct
advice.
-He keeps records for lost sales and he makes sure to
submit the list to parts sales supervisor.
-He should update the display and showcases to attract
customers at all times.
-He checks the brochures and catalogues level in the parts
reception area.
-He informs the Parts Manager about the competition and
any customer feedback.
-He should be skilled and well trained in Autoline and
EPC in all its sales features.
-He fills T cards for special orders and follow-up.
