- Assist in ensuring the Contractors proposal on the project are complete, unambiguous, have been reviewed by the bid team and have been updated to include all the post tender negotiations.
-Establish and maintain close relationship with customers and key design team members in relation to the project
- For the project, ensure all designer agreement, scope of works and design management plans are issued, agreed and fully understood by all parties.
- Ensure that a comprehensive Client design brief has been established
- Manage interface between Designer and Tender Team
- Ensure a realistic design programme and information required schedule are produced and agreed by all parties to satisfy design, procurement and construction requirements and are integrated with subcontract enquiries, materials procurement and the construction programme.
- Establish detailes schedules of design deliverables
- Actively manage the design progress and production of optimum design
- Manage production of design risk analysis
