Purpose:
Supervise installation of small and large format prints at the dedicated locations as per the approved schedules and installation instructions. Coordinate removal of the installations after advertisement expiry date.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
Strategic:
• Contribute towards fulfilment of outdoor advertising targets and overall customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback on outdoor print installation policies, procedures and instructions.
Operational:
• Developed detailed installation schedules and submit them to the Installation Controller approval
• Coordinate with the Production Team delivery of outdoor advertisement to be installed
• Maintain inventory of installation tolls and material
• Supervise installation of outdoor advertisement in the assigned locations, namely scaffolding, flag poles, wall wraps, vehicles, unipoles, building wraps and other. Identify any specific technical requirements for the installations (requirements for additional equipment, additional safety measures, etc.) as well as coordinate their implementation.
• Perform inspections of the installed advertisements as well as coordinate any repairs required
• Supervise removal of outdoor advertisements installed after advertisement expiry as well as make sure that the installation site is cleaned and prepared for the next outdoor advertisement installations
• Ensure that installation is well maintained and ensure it is in good working condition. Liaise repairs of installation equipment as and when required
• Report any damage observed on the installation sites to the site owners/representatives or Outdoor. Facilitate resolution of any technical issues related to inappropriate conditions for outdoor advertising installation (damaged scaffoldings and wraps, etc.)
• Prepare/supervise preparation of all necessary documentation related to team tasks completed and installations performed
• Ensure that any vehicle assigned to the team are well maintained and properly used
• Ensure adherence to work safety rules and regulations
• Provide technical guidance to the team members
• Perform Installation team duties as and when required
• Perform any other work related duties as assigned by the Installation Controller.
People:
• Ensure effective communication of corporate information to employees within the team including relevant policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the performance management process and its linkages to learning and development, compensation, promotion, career development and succession planning. This is done in full collaboration with the HR function.
• Coach and mentor direct subordinates to develop their skills and ensure continuous people development.
