Job Summary
- Project Manager is responsible for planning executing and evaluating projects according to customer requirements the project timelines and budget. Essential Functions
- Responsible for managing multiple
- Responsible to understand sponsors customers and other stakeholder requirements and to communicate them to project team members.
- Manage project from initiation to closure
- Develop processes tools to manage the project successfully.
- Complete work break down structure to estimate effort required for each task.
- Establish clear ownership for project tasks ensure that team members have the tools needed and provide timely feedback
- Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
- Carry out human resource management functions by recruiting selecting orienting training assigning scheduling coaching counseling and disciplining project team communicating job expectations planning monitoring appraising and reviewing job contributions planning and reviewing compensation actions enforcing policies and procedures.
- Develops project plans which includes Scope management plan time management plan human resources plan cost management plan risk management plan communication management plan procurement management plan and quality management plan.
- Prioritizes and plans work activities Uses time efficiently Plans for additional resources Sets goals and objectives Organizes or schedules other people and their tasks Develops realistic action plans
- Communicates and reports project changes and progress to project stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project lifecycle.Working condition amp other Information
Job location will be on the different sites of the company
- Travel is required
- Normal working hours
- Saturday to Thursday from 8 am To 430 pm. One break 30 minutes
- Friday is a weekend holiday. Supervisory responsibility
- PM Manager will have the duty to supervise the project team from different functional departments.
- PM is responsible to followup with project team the implementation project plans. Report to position
- This job reports directly to the PMO manager or GM.

Job Requirements Qualifications amp Competencies
- Education Civil engineering degree.
- Training Requirements licenses programs or certificates
- PMP certificate is an advantage.
- MS project 2010 Primavera certificate or training is an advantage
- Experience 7 10 years

- The holder of this job position is preferred to have a knowledge in the following areas Project management Human resources management processes and change management
