Our client an established automotive group in Saudi Arabia are currently recruiting a National CRM Manager for their car dealer operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Role
- National responsibilities for all CRM activities policies and procedures for the automotive division
- Manage train and develop a team of CRM staff
- Manage all Service Marketing Activities and the Complaints Centre
- Manage the CRM call centre in respect of inbound calls complaints enquiries and outbound calls Service Sales and Parts
- Track complaints to closure
- In respect of inbound calls review campaign responses promotions and parts enquires
- In respect of outbound follow up with the workshop sales and parts
- Conduct surveys to support and enhance the function
- Mystery shopping
- Analyse VOC report CRM Customer Complaints Report and Service Retention Ratio Report
The Person
- Degree educated
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
- Automotive background
- Current National Regional or Group CRM Manager
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to install processes and initiate improvement in CRM activities
