National CRM Manager

Our client an established automotive group in Saudi Arabia are currently recruiting a National CRM Manager for their car dealer operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.



The Role



  • National responsibilities for all CRM activities policies and procedures for the automotive division

  • Manage train and develop a team of CRM staff

  • Manage all Service Marketing Activities and the Complaints Centre

  • Manage the CRM call centre in respect of inbound calls complaints enquiries and outbound calls Service Sales and Parts

  • Track complaints to closure

  • In respect of inbound calls review campaign responses promotions and parts enquires

  • In respect of outbound follow up with the workshop sales and parts

  • Conduct surveys to support and enhance the function

  • Mystery shopping

  • Analyse VOC report CRM Customer Complaints Report and Service Retention Ratio Report

    The Person



    • Degree educated

    • Bilingual in Arabic and English

    • Automotive background

    • Current National Regional or Group CRM Manager

    • Excellent leadership and communication skills

    • Ability to install processes and initiate improvement in CRM activities
