The role is to be based in their regional head office in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Job Role Responsibilities As the Project Controls Manager on this project you will oversee 6 Planners as well as Cost Control and Document Controllers. You will be a well versed Project Controls Manager with a proven track record on large build projects on the consulting engineer side. Project My client is one of the top consulting engineers in the world and has a variety of ongoing project management and supervision contracts on projects throughout the world. This particular project is a recent award and will consist of design and supervision of a large modern build project in the heart of Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The end client is a government authority of Saudi Arabia. Location The successful candidate will be based in the regional head office in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Minor visits to site will be requested of those based in the Head Office to sometimes work alongside the site personnel to supervise the contractor works. Riyadh is home to some of the World's most prestigious projects and has seen huge investment in the infrastructure of the country. Alongside the local workforce there are many expat communities that are based in the city. Salary Package The salary package is dependant on expectations. The candidate will also receive three 3 trips to their home destination of ten days each. A total of 30 days paid leave. Requirements For this role the ideal candidate will have Qualified to degree level in Engineering or equivalent. No less than 20 years experience in engineering. Proven track record on large build and civil projects. Experience on design and supervision contracts working with a consulting engineer. 15 years working in planning scheduling and cost control. Thorough experience and understanding of project management project life cycle civil engineering and build projects. Excellent interpersonal skills. English and Arabic speaking is not essential but would be a big plus. Excellent oral communication skills meetings with stakeholders contractors senior authority management technical disciplines.
