We are looking for an Female HR Officer, who understands and be able to implement Human Resource practices.
Duties
- Maintain & conduct the employment / hiring process by managing job postings, reviewing resumes, performing telephone and preliminary interviews, conducting reference checks, preparing job offers / contracts.
- Keep employee’s status up-to-date by processing & posting employee changes in a timely manner in Employee’s files and in the system.
- Design and implement proper Evaluation / Appraisal Process and compile results.
- To study the various drawback in the present system & to analyze / implement improvement procedures.
- Handle all Iqama affairs; issuing of new, renewing of old, cancelling, etc.
- Exit Re-entry and Final exit processing.
- Medical Insurance matters.
