Our global client is currently seeking a Head of International Business for a newly formed unit specialising in Machinery and Industrial products.
Within the new structure the company has reorganised a number of independent companies with the objective of being listed on the stock exchange. The M I product is one of these independent companies and our client is looking for a senior appointment to assume full PL responsibility for the international business and to play a key part in the strategic focus for the business unit.
The role also includes the following responsibilities
- Identification of business opportunities for welding products business with specific focus in GCC region.
- Looking into growth through acquisitions.
- Build maintain and enhance client relationships
- Evaluate sales opportunities educate the market and generate effective proposals.
- Set and monitor objectives across the unit.
This role requires someone with the following experience as a minimum
- 20 years in international marketing of industrial products.
- 5 years as Head of Global marketing for a leading company.
- Experience leading business exceeding 40M USD.
- Contacts across US Europe Middle East and Far East.
- Experience of leading a team on a high growth trajectory and experience of interacting with customers in GCC countries.
- Well networked with decision makers of large Welding companies across the Globe.
