My client is in need of a Business Improvement Engineer to join their team and work for them in Abu Dhabi. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the worldrsquos largest Oil and Gas operators. You will be working onshore in a permanent position.
Key accountabilities of this job as a Business Improvement Engineer are that candidates optimise drilling operations by optimising new drilling practices and technologies that can improve well quality and reduce well time and cost.
To be suitable for this role as a Business Improvement Engineer it is required for you to have the following background
bull 10 yearsrsquo experience in Drilling amp Workover Operations Engineering.
bull Bachelorrsquos Degree in Petroleum Mechanical or relevant engineering.
Some of the Key Responsibilities that you will be given are as follows
bull Carries out post well review to ensure that lessons learnt are captured for planning the subsequent wells.
bull Identify areas for improvement recommend solutions and initiate implementation plan.
bull Communicates with international research and engineering departments associations and organizations to keep abreast with latest techniques designs and ideas that have bearing on the improvement of drilling performance.
