• Oversee the entire operation of both on-site and off-site warehouses.
• Manager Club Car and Valet Parking Services.
• Manage Laborer Contractor.
• To create the Item Code for new items which be added into the Catalogue of the EAM.
• Actively engage with operations in developing, implementing and sustaining issuing and receiving activities.
• Ensure accuracy of stock and inventory, timely receipt and supply of material to operations.
• Ensure proper storage and preservation of inventory and equipments.
• Perform inventory forecasting, planning and analysis aging reports.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members to meet KPIs.
• To coordinating and control the daily and monthly order cycle.
• To ensure stock is within the threshold level in the EAM Inventory System. Stock threshold level should take into account the lead-time required to procure the item.
• To liaise with Client’s Representative, Maintenance Manager and Procurement Team on the spares re-order and stock up.
• To manage and supervision of event activities
• To oversee the implementation of event activities - from conceptualize to implementation.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to management
