Offshore Based
B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. With 6 years of experience in maintenance, operation, projects and cost and contracts engineering with hydrocarbon process industry with minimum 3 years in supervisory position. Must be familiar with industry standard computer application for cost control and estimating. Responsible to supervisor and provide cost estimating, monitoring and reporting services for capital, major revenue and normal operating budgets of all offshore based division and departments. Examine the past and the projected cost data, provide cost data service and planning support to job officers in the project management. Prepares and reviews the enquiry packages and performs other related activities of contracts service orders. Age less than 50 years.
