Personal Assistant
Objective: To look after the administration of a number of offshore trusts and companies. You will report directly to the managing director.
GP Dubai is a consultancy company based in Dubai, an¬d part of the General Pacific Group which is a family office. GP Dubai looks after the administration of a number of offshore trusts and companies on behalf of the family office. The group was founded in 1986. The company will commence business in Dubai in January 2014 following relocation from a European location.
The role includes:
• Assisting the managing director with day to day duties
• Arranging international bank transfers including liaison with international banks.
• Maintaining the statutory records of a number of offshore companies including dealing with registered agents, maintaining share registers, minutes and other statutory records.
• Maintaining and keeping up to date the documents relating to all trust and company entities.
• Placing funds on deposit, liaising with clients, making investments on client instruction and liaising with professional advisors
• Sending bank statements and supporting records on a monthly basis to the accounts department ( situated in a separate location )
