MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage, administrate and support in all aspects of information technology
Virtual machines (ESX Servers) VMware vSphere:
HP Prolient Servers, and network LAN & WAN equipment’s.
Monitors and maintains the use of photocopiers, printers and fax.
Perform UAE offices on-site and remote technical support.
Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.
Creates and maintains good technical documentation.
Provide remote support to our subsidiaries offices.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Maintains network maps of all sites.
General maintenance and management of Virtual machines (ESX Server) HP Prolient Servers:
SQL 2008 DATABASE Performance Monitoring and Tuning
Ensuring data is backed up on a regular basis.
Time to time ensure that backup copies are valid and can be successfully restored
(You'll also need to regularly check backup processes)
Maintain Backup logs (to track backup activities) computer usage and security and anti-virus updates etc.
