Being part of our human resource team you will be responsible for keeping our people happy, motivated and make sure all operations are run smoothly. You will be the go-to person for our team and a representative of our management. You will be reporting directly to the COO of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Time & Attendance Management: Ensure the compliance of time, set attendance policies and report attendance/absenteeism to the COO on a bi-monthly basis
• Compensation and Benefits: Develop strategic compensation, benefit plans and align performance management systems with compensation structures
• HR Policies & Procedures: Maintain, update and develop HR policies and ensure its implementation.
• Organizational Development: Design and implementing organization development policies and procedure
• Performance Management: Design and implement objective and competency based Performance Management system
• Recruitment & Selection: To ensure timely recruitment of required staff with appropriate approvals, in order to meet business needs, focusing on employee retention.
• Succession Planning: Identify Hi-Potential employees in each department and prepare individual’s development plan.
• Training and Development: To oversee need assessments, to determine when training is necessary and the type of training necessary to improve employee’s performance and productivity. Recommend, develop and schedule T&D courses
• Documentation: Composing staff handbooks, contracts, staff memos, job descriptions, employment offers and promotion
• Employee Relations: Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
