HR Manager - Rawaj Co. for Recruitment

•Supports the management in reviewing organization structures as part of the business planning process, to assure that the structuring meets the business requirements.



•Monitor the maintained database of all approved job descriptions ensuring that any additions /changes /relations are reviewed and agreed by the General Manager and the Division Heads.



•Strictly complies with the approved grading & compensation structure, as agreed with General Manager, in processing of salary changes.



•Supports Regional Management in ensuring consistent implementation of HR forms, documentation and procedures.



•Strictly ensures that any changes to the payroll data (fixed and/or variable) are supported by approved documentation and in full compliance with the Company HR policies & procedures.



•Controls and limits, in coordination with the Supervising of the system passwords and system access to authorized individuals only.



•Reviews monthly payroll for accuracy through checking of changes-audit-reports and reconciliation reports between “last month” and “current month”.



•Refers employee queries regarding variable deductions from monthly payroll to the Finance Department.



•Processes payroll related disbursements (final settlements, sponsorship transfer costs, housing allowance advance, employee loans, vehicle installments, bank loan authorizations, medical entitlements).



•Strictly follows the Company policy with respect to annual leave entitlements, sick leave, emergency leave, unpaid leave and absent days maintaining accurate record of such leaves in the computer system.



•Managing the recruitment and training activity in term of utilizing approved organization charts and manpower plans, develops and implements a Recruitment plan for the company, to ensure that recruitment processes and practices are in compliance with the company procedure.



•View the established database of potential candidates for various positions commonly used to improve recruitment response time and minimize recruitment costs.



•Implements a system of bi-weekly and monthly reporting of pending recruitments and follow up thereon to ensure that business requirements are met.



•Compiles and implements a Saudization plan and monitors, evaluates and reports results on monthly basis.



•Coordinates with Divisions the training needs based on programs specifically addressing the needs of the Company.



•Closely coordinates with Divisions on matters related to polices in areas of job descriptions, job evaluation, compensation structuring, performance appraisals, HR systems & forms, etc.



•Liaises with Finance and other departments and follows-up resolution of employee related matters.



•Managing company events in business locations if required.



•Maintains the hand punch system in an updated manner incorporating changes required due to staff additions, deletions and transfers.



•Reviews daily, weekly and monthly reports from the hand punch system undertaking spot-checking on accuracy of the system.



•Forwards daily and weekly reports to the Supervising Officers requesting decisions and actions to be taken.



•Monthly payroll reconciliation report.



•Monthly report on headcount by cost/profit centers within locations/regions giving total staff by skills set, and percentage of Saudi and non-Saudi staff.



•Contributes to the achievement of business plan objectives supporting the company through effective budget monitoring and advising on cost management and process rationalization.



•Conducts and assesses performance of staff against objectives set and take corrective action where performance do not meet the standards of the post.



•Provides mentoring and coaching by providing hands on, on the job training.
